If you are experiencing distress:
- Talk to a trusted friend, family member, or if you would rather not speak to someone you know personally, follow these steps: If you are on campus: dial 80 on internal phones for emergency services and the “yellow button” on Bell Phone
- Call the Centre for Student Development and Counselling @ 416.979.5195 to book an on-call counselling session; call Good2Talk (which is Kids’ Help Phone for university students) @ 1.866.925.5454 to speak with a counsellor; call the police department so an officer can speak to you and if necessary take you to an emergency department
